"1/10. Took 5.5 hours to replace one set of brakes and do one oil change. Originally quoted 2.5 hours maximum. Could have done it myself in 2 hours at home. They purposely reset codes and told me that they had gone off, which immediately popped back on when I left. They lied to me about filling my windshield washer fluid? Why lie about something so inconsequential? That makes somebody lose all trust. Furthermore, they failed to apply $80 worth of coupons that I had presented them. Did not realize until I checked the invoice later."

"Great experience! Took my daughter's car there after Jiffy Lube told her she needed brakes. The technician took the wheels off and came and got me. "Your brakes are fine." No charge. They could have taken me for a few hundred bucks, but they were honest and kind-hearted. Thank you, Kevin!"
