"The technician claimed he broke his snake and went to Home Depot to buy water bag to connect with the garden hose that ran through the main sewer line. However, within few seconds the bag busted out. The rooter company demanded a four hour service charge and blackmailed me by threatening to call the police. The sewer pipe is still clogged. The technician came earlier than planned, but didn't call the owner of the property. The technician also claimed he worked four hours but there was no evidence of working four hours. I guess he conveniently didn't call so he can actually lie about working. The rooter company was dishonest, unprofessional, and tried to take advantage of me for profit. They discriminated against me because they thought I was a naive foreigner."
