"Prompt service call on 3 yr old GE dishwasher that suddenly died! Randy quickly diagnosed the issue and tightened loose wire connection as well as offer a warrantee on the repair! Couldn't be more pleased; I highly recommend this local business! Update: disappointment following after this trusting review! The loose wire again put the dishwasher out of service. After a cancelled appt., Henry's tightened the wire was once again, another service call ($96.00) and then I'm told to replace the "board". Instead, let's just tighten and tape the wire instead of replacing the 200 board, guys! My son-in-law drove 40 miles, taped the wire, and have had no problems to date. Had to tell Henry's to cancel the part; no response from them as to why not just secure the loose wiring?... All in all, not what I would call best practices :("
