"have been coming here since 2019 servicing my TDI- got a 14’ c300 and had it come in for an oil change. picked up the car and 4 days later was making a funky sound. checked oil- it’s down a quart. called and asked if the service was done correctly and was told it is “because my car is leaking oil from the timing covers”. timing covers are pretty dry….. if my car was leaking a quart of oil every 4 days it would have blown up way before i brought it in period. not like i am not a long time customer & trying to pull a fast one. added oil and car has been perfectly fine. lost my trust :("

They even take pictures of your car during service of everything checked and what needs service. On top of that they provide a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on their work.
