"SCAM!! They connect you to third party repair services, and either they themselves are a scam or they don’t verify the companies they set appointments for. Either way, if you use them, you’re likely to get scammed. They sent someone out who charged for the visit but had to order parts to do anything, which they said should be a week or so. 3 months and a bunch of phone calls later, I finally told them I was going to complain and magically the parts had arrived, but they couldn’t schedule an appointment because their office manager wasn’t in. Then they went completely MIA and disappeared."

"They charged me 278 dollars to inspect my appliances and said they would be in touch after the parts arrived. It has been three months. Every time I call they have excuses. I wish I had never chosen this company. They refuse to refund the inspection fee, so I'm stuck waiting for them to repair my dishwasher. Save yourself the trouble and work with another company."
