"Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had repairing a cracked screen. I shattered my 7th gen iPad screen and found them online. I requested a quote, they gave me a call, told me the price for the make and model and that they had the parts in and could service it today. "I have been very happy with the courteous and honest help I’ve been provided with this store so far! The staff are straight forward, helpful, and professional. The quote was pretty reasonable and they did give me an update after I requested one, about a time frame as to when my laptop screen would be replaced. This is a great edition to the downtown Branford, CT, area and I would recommend anyone who needs tech help to go here. They also helped quote me about a damaged cell phone and took a look at an iPad to perhaps diagnose it for me, so I didn’t have to wait. I appreciate this business, as I am not tech savvy and they are saving my computer, when other places told me to just rid myself of it, upgrade, etc., and other businesses seemed to just take advantage of this. The Tech Team Branford recognized the cost ratio for me along with the information on my device being important to me! I will be telling all my friends and family to go here!
