"I wouldn’t t recommend this company. The day that the person came to repair my washing machine after ordering the part, he was in such a rush to leave. He had made a prior commitment, and got frustrated when supposedly a 20 minute job turned into an hour. He proceeded to swear every time he couldn’t put or take off the part. He started shaking the washing machine. I told him if he had to go he could back. He let me know that he didn’t want to come back because at some point he would have to charge me. I’ve never heard of anything like this. The part he was supposed to put in didn’t work.. u til he realized he had to close the lid. To summarize l, my washing machine doesn’t work. He didn’t even bother to apologize for his rude behavior that day. The one star was for at least coming in the morning. But his professionalism deserves a zero. I’m very disappointed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He is very lucky that I didn’t mention his name."
