"This is a terrible company. If you are looking for electrical services please do yourself the favor and look elsewhere. An electrician was scheduled to come to my parent’s home but he couldn’t come due to him being in a “car accident” (which later we find out it was not true) so the company sent a back up technician. Come to find out this back up technician wasn’t certified to do any electrical work. Instead of calling my parents to reschedule with an actual electrician they sent someone who wasn’t qualified for the job. It is not the back up technician’s fault because he was just doing what he was told to do by the company, but this company should’ve had some common sense to not send someone who isn’t certified or licensed to do the job! The technician tried his best with doing some basic work that needed to be done around the house and he called the company telling them to not charge my parents too much since he couldn’t get any electrical job done. At least he has a heart and consideration. Unfortunately, this company charged my parents over $1000. My mother spoke to the operations manager who was NOT understanding to the situation at all! This company is greedy and inconsiderate and they are complete scammers. Please save your money and your peace and book serves elsewhere."

"I got a text at 7:45 am that the person was in their way to me (20 min away). I woke up and locked up my dog only for the worker to show at 9:15am empty handed. I thought since it was such a simple job and i sent plenty of pics he woukdve arrived with the supplies. It was simole white grout and caulking. He then left (on the clock) to go buy the supplies he needed. He seemed as though he didnt know what job he was walking into. I asked for simple grout removal for shower walls and to replace it with all new white grout. I was told that there were only certain spots that needed to be done. I thought great! Less time and $$.. I was told when I pointed out the dark spots still there that that would just need to be cleaned. Even after some mold remover was used and scrubbed. I thought that was fine but the closer I looked there are large spots where there clearly was white grout that abruptly stopped for up to 7 inches. It didn't look complete. I spent 2 hours steaming, using grout cleaner and "the pink stuff" but all the dark spots and gaps in grout remained. It's much better than it was but I'm sort of bummed to pay that much for an "ok" or incomplete job. Other than that they were very nice to deal with and get me scheduled asap and did provide a discount. I may use this company for odds and ends around the house again but nothing major. EDIT: Thru reviewed pics and sent someone over to fix. However even he agreed the whole grout should've been removed and replaced, which is what I asked for initially. He patched as best he could and still is mediocre. Too many people not communicating with each other in this business. I'd recommend for smaller projects, nothing major."
