"I contracted the company to do $4k worth of general repairs. Due the changing seasons they were very responsive in getting the outdoor jobs completed. After the outdoor jobs they communicated that they would be back in a month to the interior work. As we got close to the expiration of the month, I reached out to ask for the anticipated date that they would start the interior work. They gave me a date. The night before they cancel the appointment and said they would come the next day. They canceled again the night before and indicated that they would come the following day. Unfortunately I need to push the time back an hour when we finally decided on the third date (I had to take my son to school). Rather than accommodating me after two previous cancelations, they canceled again! I asked them to provide me a date to reschedule the appointment knowing that I had business and personal travel approaching. No response. After a week I followed up. They responded with a Withdrawal Letter, withdrawing their quote with no reason as to why. I should mention that they had me purchase $2k in materials (in addition to the cost of the repairs) based on the fact that I trusted that they would follow through with their contractual commitment. This company was referred to me by a good friend because of their professionalism and quality work. Although they do good work, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Now I am stuck with $2k work of materials with no contractor to do the repairs and no understanding as to why!"
