"I've bought a couple of cars here but it is the service department that truly shines. I'll say that I'm the guy that does all his own service and repairs. I never take my car to the dealer unless it's really bad. I have usually dealt with Eric. He explains the problems with my vehicles in a simple way and always has solutions that follow the issues. They always do their best to make sure you get your work covered by warranty if it applies. I'm currently in the middle of dealing with learning of an engine that needs replacement and I could not be happier with how they are handling the situation. Not to say they are replacing it for free, on the contrary, but calmer heads always prevail and Eric communicates in such a way that you know he is on your team. Not just trying to make money for the company. I highly recommend this service department."
