"Excellent service, changed a tire really quickly with short notice. Best place to go to for sure. I was helped by Jason, he’s a really good guy i’d 100% recommend"
"They did an amazing job, it was my only car that I had and they stayed late to get it done for me and I really appreciate that. Jason Gaudet is a stand up guy and really looked out for me and got it done in a reasonable time. Really kind people there who put in the work and it shows"
"Every one at Midas was very polite and and very helpful. It was my pleasure to have you guys work on my ford it is running great and sounds quiet for once since I owned it. Thank you Jay for the opportunity to meet you and your team and will see you in the future if my car needs to be repaired again."
"11/10 service, I will be using this location as my go-to garage in the near future. Jay (Jason Gaudet) in particular is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I knew I had a bad wheel bearing and brought it in for an estimate on replacing it, and he went above and beyond and checked out my entire car. I have a 2003 and I was aware I'd likely have other issues cropping up soon, other garages had told me it likely wouldn't last much longer, but I wasn't aware of the extent of it. Jay went over every single detail of what needs to be done, gave me individual breakdowns of the prices for each thing including part price, labor, and what the risks of not having it done would be, but without any scare tactics or pressure to have it done. He was very real and straightforward about it. He also explained in detail all the financing options they have available when I expressed concern about being able to pay for it all if I decided to have it done. In the end, I decided the car simply isn't worth the money/work after all the repairs I've already done over the years elsewhere and to instead use the money towards getting another car. He was completely understanding and supportive of my decision and offered me advice on looking for cars and how to go about junking mine. I really can't stress enough how great he was about the situation. I've gone to quite a few different garages with this car, and none of them did that amount of work diagnosing the car, especially given I had previously been paying garages for diagnosis whereas Midas does it for free regardless of if you have the work done, and when asking for price breakdowns and details at said garages, they were never as clear in the explanations and there was always a pressure to just have the work done and stop asking questions. Compared to my previous experiences, it's really night and day. I will absolutely be going back when I find another car to have it checked out, and will be bringing it to Jay for any work I need done! Thank you so much for your hard work, honesty, and kindness!!"
"Messed up my alignment because they didn't know how to set the camber. They just toed it and sent it even though I specifically told them that I had replaced the struts and the camber needed to be set first. I had to have the alignment redone at a real shop. Honestly, I believe that they tried but that they sadly did not know what camber was. Wouldn't trust my car here at all. I followed the instructions in the reply to this comment but was never contacted with any "help". When I brought the car to another shop, this picture was the status of the alignment."
