"Today is January 19, 2024. I have not had a response from Zeller Tire regarding this issue. As a result, I find it difficult to feel Zeller Tire is sincerely concerned about customer satisfaction. Since the original response, I have not had a phone call, email or text acknowledging the complaint. Today is January 8, 2024 and this is another follow up to my original review. I have not had any response from Zeller Tire. Today I spoke with Bridgestone Tire directly. Bridgestone Tire informed me there were no promotional rebates offered in December. This information is in contrast to the rebate offered to me by David Zeller. As requested by Zeller Tire, I provided them with all the contact information as well as time-stamps, receipts, etc. This is a follow up to my original review. Today is January 3, 2024. I provided a response, as requested, including supporting documentation like receipts, phone call time-stamps, names, etc. I have not heard back yet...not even a confirmation that they are working on the problem. So, it is hard for me to take this company seriously as it relates to finding a solution to my satisfaction. Like I said in my original review-overpriced and unresponsive. I never received confirmation that my rebate application was completed for four Bridgestone tires I purchased here. I spoke with Rose and David. Each deferred to the other. I left messages for updates. No response to my inquires. Overpriced and unresponsive. Will go elsewhere next time."

I can always count on them to be fair and honest and never second guess if they’re trying to get away with extra charges like so many other shops do to women. If anything can possibly be covered under warranty, they make it happen. I usually deal with Dave and Dallas and they’re the best! They have saved me last minute on multiple occasions and am always so thankful."
