"The worse smoke shop in Rockyhill. I work 2 min from this location and get off work every night at 10:30 by 10:40 thyre closed staring at you through a window waiting until 11pm to come out and say I’m sorry I closed to do the closing stuff it’s Friday 10:40 and they’re closed horrible"

"I've gone to this establishment for 30 years. This ownership and employees are top notch. I bought a vape pen yesterday, but because it was terrible communist Chinese made it fell apart and didn't work. The guys helped me get a new one and made sure it worked before I left. I can go anywhere for a vape pen, but these guys care about their customers, and by that alone, I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Like all the "Smoke shops", over priced. However this shop was especially bad, as they also sell lottery tickets. I was stuck waiting in line, as the clueless single employee tried to make sense of the lottery order the customer at the counter was trying to make. When it was my turn, the employee was lost, trying to figure out what I was trying to tell him I wanted of the tobacco products kept behind the counter. I wasn't in a hurry and was able to maintain my patients. I don't know if he was a new employee, or if there was a language barrier. I will not be going back to this shop, which technically is out of my way anyway, I just happened to be working in the neighborhood."

"I went here yesterday and the owner was NOT WEARING A MASK. Then proceeds to talk to with not 6ft away. I kept backing up and he would come closer. I even mentioned that he should be wearing a mask and didn’t say anything about it. This is against policy and ALL businesses are REQUIRED to wear masks. I went there again today to return something and guy at the register said I cannot return it even tho I did not use it and I had the receipt with me. He was extremely rude and showed no concern for me. Spend your time driving to a different smoke shop. Don’t go here they rip people off and don’t care about your health and safety."

"I'm not happy with the way they get rid of clerks who are good know there customers so well. you just let one go who knew his customer so well and he treated them like family I enjoyed not only being a customer being treated like family but I enjoy learning as many things about his culture I've experienced many good times but this last moved they made has know made move on to where he is because I would rather have great customer service and travel a little further many poor decisions made by owner won't be back you lost me for sure.☹☹☹☹☹"
