"I never write reviews, but I was treated so poorly at Euro Grocery that I felt the need to. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years, the store has great items, but some of the workers are very rude and cold. I never let it bother me, but I went to exchange a bottle of olive oil since it was cracked. I returned the day after I bought it for an exchange, and explained that we realized there may have been a fracture crack since it was leaking and that we had not opened the bottle. I was given dirty looks and the 3rd degree, questioned for about 10 minutes and told over and over again "well the girls would've checked for cracks". They proceed to ask the cashier who just walked in who checked my mother's items out yesterday, "did you see this?" with a judgemental tone and looks thrown my way. After having to explain it over and over again as they kept interrogating me, I finally had to ask her to get to the point and if they're going to do the exchange. I spent 90 dollars, I don't need to be treated like a criminal for returning a bottle of olive oil. I'll be finding another Greek store."

"Travellers, this is unique grocery store in Rocky hill. There are so many interesting and fun things to see and buy here. There are fine groceries, imported olive oils, cheeses, dried foods, frozen delicacies, pastas, olives, jarred vegetables, cooked and pastries, just to Name a few. The store is busy with shoppers and everything is ultra fresh. If there is a European treat you are looking for try this store. They are open until 8 in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. So check it out. We recommend."
