"The college students and shop helpers are very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, we had a great experience several times until we didn’t. One of the skis we rented broke by no fault of our own and we had to rent skis at the mt on our vacation. The owner, Matt, was very rude and stern, not showing any sense of customer service or care to our experience. The ski, in other professional opinions, was defective in the way it broke. Matt’s only concern was money and how much he was losing ,at the expense of customer service. Go here for a relatively easy rental experience but know that they are NOT in the business of keeping you individually as a customer. If things go wrong, don’t expect empathy and customer care because Matt doesn’t have the interest."

Most recently, I bought new ski boots and they examined/measured my feet and were able to direct me to a pair of boots that are the best fitting I have ever had. They then custom fit the boots and my feet are in heaven!"

"I weigh 90 pounds, and my ski boot size is 21.5. The shop employees recommended that I purchase boots in size 22.5 with a flex rating of 85, saying they would fit me well. However, as a beginner, I find these boots too stiff, and I can't flex them at all. It's important to be cautious because it seems like the shop is primarily interested in making a sale rather than ensuring the right fit for you."
