"I came to this location to buy custom skates at approximately 6:35 knowing it was late but I had all my specifications written down so knew it would be possible to get my order in before they closed at 7. As I’d gone through the process before I knew there was plenty of time as all I needed from the person working was the foot scans. Upon arrival I spoke with a worker at the front desk who said there was just no way. “That process takes about 30 minutes so we can’t do it” he said even after I told him I already knew all the specifications I required and that this was the only day I was in town and able to get them done. It seems to me if a customer is coming to buy literally the most expensive single item the store sells it isn’t a ridiculous ask for them to do the order (even if it does mean someone has to stay a maximum of 5 minutes past close). I will NEVER be returning to this location and I highly recommend you find an alternative location if you need any actual assistance from an employee."

"Solid shop, but butchered a sharpening job. Blades were textured, dull, and uneven. Had to get them resharpened elsewhere immediately after and the guy sharpening them looked at the blades in disbelief saying it may be the worst sharpening he’d ever seen."

"We came here from an hour away because we wanted to get skates and this was the closest pure hockey store. We were not expecting to get fitted and scanned for skates, so we were so happy they offered that. George was so nice and knowledgeable and offered us great customer service, and Jenna at the front register was very nice too. Thanks guys!"
