"One of the best package stores in terms of variety. If only you can say that about the rude and racist owner (or whoever is always behind the counter). Not to mention he is an absolute con artist, making people, who have exact change for product, use the ATM because there is a "store law" minimum of "AROUND $10". The man is an absolute joke and a sham. Too bad."
