You might hear the one or other interesting story behind the beverage you were not looking for and you end up going home with a new perspective on life. Owner knows his wines and spirits, with an emphasis on French wine, and he organizes lots of wine tastings of different themes. Ask to be put on their mailing list if you are interested. Don't be afraid to ask to try something you are interested in, they might have an open bottle or tester hidden behind the counter. Hint: Mention that the new wine racks look splendid, and they even seem to be made from gorgeous Mahogany wood. Do not, under any circumstances, mention that it looks like Beech wood."
