"Their kids clothing department is a mess. All the sizes are mixed together and you have to play scavenger hunt and there was carts in the aisle blocking it. Then on top of that, their lost prevention is aggressive and following me my whole shopping trip bc I had a dsw bag which is in the same plaza. Receipt in the bag and items they don’t sell. One guy just standing behind me watching me then I go to check out and two guys are behind me mouthing things to the lady at the register. Very uncomfortable shopping experience and they had no bags. Had to carry all my items."

"I went to shopping this morning and after I spend almost 200 dollars I went to the register I wait for my turn to pay. The girl was so rude she didn't look at me no words I think she doesn't need a job. After I pay we ask for a bag she says no bags no sorry. Never again in this store"

"I believe I was racially discriminated against. All for a $13 return. I had both the paper receipt as well as digital. Beware of this location. Both Theresa and the manger may have an agenda. Citing some fictitious company policy that they could not provide. Very interesting."
