"Usually I enjoy coming here, but this time around my experience was not as good. The staff are always helpful and attentive to needs, but it lacked during my recent visit. I actually had to ask an employee for assistance even though the employee knew I needed it. He was not friendly. No smiles nor a "can I help you " attitude."

"I love shopping at the New Haven / Woodbridge location of Amity Wine & Spirit Co. We mostly drink wine and beer in our house, and they have a really large, really excellent selection of both local and national craft beers, as well as some outstanding wine selections from around the world. For wine, I especially like their section of "35 bottles of wine under $35." Or maybe it's $25. In any case, it is a good way to venture out and try good (sometimes great) versions of different wines without breaking the bank. Every once in a while when I need to pick up specialty wines (like sake, soju, etc). or liquor, I'm also impressed with the selection. Prices are overall very competitive and the service (especially for wine recommendations) is outstanding."
