"A manager by the name Philip accused me of stealing on the Eve of thanksgiving. Unknowing of the fact that I had been freshly discharged from a 30 day hospital admission. The police were called to the store after I made a comment mentioning racial profiling. Prior to the comment that I made about discriminatory actions , Mr Philip B. Was willing to allow me to leave the establishment without any eventful criminal activity discussion . it was then described to me in detail a brief moment during my shopping experience where I handed off my car keys to my sister who was with me for both physical and mental support that indicated suspicious behavior and was proper cause for the two of us to be constantly monitored . Once I called her in to the store after telling her no handicapped vehicles were available , we both realized that I left behind my bank card in our car parked quite a distance away. While walking out of the door to retrieve my card I was bum rushed by security and told I was no longer allowed in the establishment to purchase my items . I then asked for a manager(Philip) who proceeded asking me to leave for probable causes . When I mentioned how I felt being a woman of color monitored and recorded with no clear indication of theft the manger proceeded to say “now you can go with police” . I will be filing a civil lawsuit due to the brutality of police misconduct , as well as stop & shop establishments for emotional damage , racial profiling and public discrimination against a medically and legally disabled person . This encounter sent me into diabetic hyperglycemia, and an anxiety induced panic attack in which I needed to be treated for at Yale New Haven Hospital emergency department"

"Pharmacy is utterly incompetent. They don't tell you if they are out of stock of a product. Despite their app stating that the item would be available at a given date and time, not only was I not notified, they didn't even mention it when I arrived in person to pick up. Only when I got home and noted two containers instead of three, called the pharmacy, navigated their insipid phone system and got a staff member on the phone, was I informed that they have been out of stock for weeks. Now I have to drive back tomorrow to obtain a partial fill of 1/2 strength tablets. I wish there was another pharmacy closer to my home."

"The staff at the costumer service are so dumb. It happens many times that when I return a bottle it will give you a coupon. But sometimes there is no water available or equivalent to the amount Im returning/ buying. They always tell me to come back and can use the coupon when it is available, and just buy the water that is available on hand with the extra coupon. Now they do not honor the coupon that I have from the last time . Because they said I only returned 2 empty bottles and I want to buy 4, which I have a 2 coupon from the last time and the other 2 for the bottles Im returning right now. And I always pay at the costumer service counter. They keep telling me that I do not understand!!?? And insisting that I have to pay the full price. What is going on here? Can somebody give me a different explanation."
