"I've had reasonably good experiences here before but something clearly has changed. Out of our four orders today, three of them had issues. The proposed 15 minute wait turned into 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Mine was missing the dressing, and had the wrong cheese that we were forced to pay extra for. Hopefully management can figure out what happened."

"big fan of the sandwiches and the staff here but the meats never look safe to eat. the chicken always looks bad and yellowing and i even bought suspect beef that i ended up throwing out recently because lots of it was brown despite being packaged for just a few days. i think the counter just isnt kept cold enough--it feels lukewarm to the touch. watch out!"

"The food is MID at best and often worse than a stop and shop sub. This location is poorly managed and the workers are incompetent. They don't know how to fix an order or give a refund. Why would the manager leave at 2:00 pm everyday? What if there's a customer issue that your non-english speaking staff can't handle? They tell you to call back before 2pm tomorrow? Sorry but I have to work till 5 or 6 every day like a regular person. That's a pretty nice schedule manager person."

"I was very disappointed because of the service around 2:40 PM people I was the last man standing there I was not helped not even looked at a man came in after and was asked what did he want to order? I was standing there at least 10 to 15 minutes don’t get me wrong. The food is good but the three that was behind the counter was terrible."

"They have all sorts of sandwiches. Wanted to check this place out after watching Joel Hansen take on a food challenge there. The hot sandwiches are really great! The atmosphere and outdoor seating felt super homey."
