"Went here for the first time today to celebrate my birthday. So glad I went! Such a cute place with nice selection of all different teas (caffeine and caffeine free). The food was so goood too! My table got the tea pot package! So cute! Also got a spinach & bacon quiche! Delish! Customer service was great! From the man at the front of the door to our AMAZING waitress Davina! THE BEST! Will definitely be back!!"

"Came here for a private baby shower party. The place is super cute and it’s all French themed even the music. The menu has lots of different options and this place is adorable for tea and scones. The salad I got had blue cheese, apples, strawberries, walnuts and more. It has lots of flavor. I got the fish and chips as my entree and it was two big pieces of fish and tasted good. I would come back here."

"Step into this RVC bistro and it does indeed resemble a Parisian bistro on a typical rue in the City of Lights. It was warm and inviting. Wonderfully decorated with Christmas decorations. The waitress who attended to us was very friendly and repeatey checked in on us despite sharing the bistro with a very large party. The young man who served the water was also quite polite and welcoming. Our teas were delicious and refreshing. My carrot cake was adorned creatively and professionly. I've been here before and I will be there again."

"What an amazing place. A bit of old school at this fine and longstanding restaurant. I've been coming here for several years and the owner Melissa has always treated me and my family like family. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is special. The old school music sets the tone and and the European decor sets the table. No TVs as it should be and the highlight was going there for my birthday and Melissa was beyoubd hospitable. Run don't walk to this outstanding venue ."

"It is an amazing place celebrating a Tea Party Ladies Luncheon. We added extra flowers for the lushness we desired. From the scones to the personalized menus, this place has created a very successful business paradigm. If you are not renting the private room which they have, be aware that they will hold your cake earlier, but any additional items like the added florals had to be brought in 15 minutes prior to your table set up. I'm definitely having future events here as it is such a lovely French interior. They offer different cost levels with different perimeters. Parking is on the street, and I definitely would suggest getting the parking app because I was able to park without stress for over 3 hours for less than $4. Compared to Manhattan a BARGAIN! Thank you for a lovely way for us to celebrate a wonderful occasion."
