"Like most non-chain warehouses, they make you feel stupid whenever you ask them a question. The attitude there is: if you are not a regular customer or a contractor, state your need accurately and quickly, then shut your mouth and hope they don't treat you with too much condescension or derision. Pretty ironic... I'd go out of my way to support a local moms-and-pops business, but the treatment most regular folks get there does not help, so I end up going to either Home Depot or EW. Both places are friendlier than this one."
