"Well mixed.. the Norwich office is incredible. No co-pays and prompt delivery. The new london location on the other hand I'm pretty sure stole tons from me. Always had co-pays, and even some unknown ones. Had same insurance. Call Norwich. They deliver to new london and there honest and on top of there game. UPDATE: Arrogant driver who's mean, and will take the days frustration out on you. Credit card machine is always down. They never answer the phone. Even after lunch break. One lady there is really mean. Amazon from now on I guess. I prefer to support smalls but ehhh."

"I love this Pharmacy. I've been using this Pharmacy for years! I refer to the women who work here as: The Ladies of Genoa, they are always so polite and engaging. I have never had an issue and they do everything to ensure that. I can get my meds. delivered but a lot times I go in just so I can say Hello. If you're having a bad day these ladies won't let you leave without a smile on. They're great!"

"I am so impressed with this pharmacy!!!! I always liked Stop & Shop pharmacy and then my local one closed so I switched to Rite Aid pharmacy and I LOVED my pharmacists and Techs. Then I moved and went to a different Rite Aid that now became a Walgreens. In the first month they filled two prescriptions and one was contraindicated with the other! Thankfully I caught it. Then they filled all my prescriptions under an insurance that I no longer had. I had to change pharmacies and I thought my only choice was CVS which I swore off years ago as the worst pharmacy ever. Then I found out my old Pharmacy Tech went to Genoa. I never heard of them but they are in a building with one of my doctors and i checked my Express Scripts insurance and they cover them. I switched a couple of months ago and it has been great!!! Today, the day before Thanksgiving, I called to see if my script was filled and it was. I came down with a horrible cold last night so I figured I would go Friday to get it, but they said they would be closed for the holiday weekend. I knew they do delivery for local people but I'm not that local (11 miles away), but then the Tech said they would deliver to me!! On top of that I don't have to worry about paying for it right now because the driver doesn't take cash, so I can pay the next time I go in!!! Can you imagine? I thought this kind of service went away with doctors making house calls. I'm so glad I switched to Genoa and I hope they remain like they are and not change into a CVS-like monopoly pharmacy!!!!"
