"In the same boat as others with negative reviews here. This has absolutely been the worst customer service I've had to deal with in many years and it's unbelievable how they don't even seem to care. No helpful communication whatsoever. It took me 8 emails and 2+ weeks just to get a return label for an item that arrived damaged. Lifetime warranty? You'll spend a lifetime trying to get a replacement. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. What a complete and utter waste of my time. Maybe one day I'll get my refund."

"Ordered a knife over a year ago. Was told the delivery times could be quite long considering the current world situation (global pandemic etc.). Contacted customer service a few months later and was told that the knife had left their facility. Contacted them once more since the knife apparently never made it to the UPS facility. Was told they'd send me a new knife, which never arrived. Gave up."

"AVOID. We purchased a knife set a month ago. After receiving no order updates, we submitted a request via contact us. After hearing nothing back, we called. We were immediately sent to the voicemail of an employee who no longer works here. We called the number the voicemail directed us to, this voicemail directed us back to the employee who no longer worked there. We called the store next... they said they couldn't help but told us to try to contact a different email. After a month and receiving no updates, we finally received an email back stating the item we paid and they never shipped, from a month ago, was now out of stock and they are canceling our order."

"This year my wife and her siblings wanted to get their amazing Mom a new set of kitchen knives. During the first few days at her Mom's house she happened to mention her old dull knives ten different times and the need to sharpen them (they are not good quality). We held each knife and immediately fell in love and both agreed that these knives feel better than our set of wusthof knives from back home. We were sold on the entire set of five. In addition, the handles were absolutely unique and stunning. They are the "Fire" collection for those who are curious. And now to today, my mother-in-law LOVES these knives. She keeps cutting things and immediately makes us see how clean it cuts. She even took the amazing step to immediately state she will be tossing her old knives as they are no longer needed (she is old school and will save any kitchen tool provided its still in one piece). In conclusion, now that you're likely on your third drink after reading this story..... these knives are AWESOME and 100% recommended from a family that loves to cook. They are solid, beautiful, SHARP, and feel nature in the hand. Thank you Lamson for making my mother-in-law happy (seriously, Thank you on behalf of a son-in-law who easily gets in trouble)."
