"I am from the Bronx and we had always got a 7 layered cake from a small Italian spot there but they stopped making it. We called up tiramisu where we get pastries from occasionally and we spoke with Christine the owner who let me know that she could make it. The cake was delicious! It was for my fiancés 34th birthday and we didn’t expect it to be as high as it was. The only few things I can say is that they put “31” on the cake instead of “34” , the packaging was in a box instead of a cake box and we would ask for a little bit more chocolate ganache on the outside of the cake if ordered next time. Nonetheless, the cake was excellent, beautiful and tasty! thank you!"

"Met an old school friend and ended up here through closing which was the perfect test for staff. Most would have been annoyed, because there were no other tables, and they could’ve easily left an hour sooner. But the staff was great! They made us feel comfortable even though we lingered longer than I’m sure they would’ve liked. Because it was late we only had appetizers which were good, the bakery even better (I’m a sweetaholic!). The cappuccino was perfect! I felt like I was sitting outside under the stars because of the decor. This is such a great spot to meet with friends or family, or even just to catch up with an old friend!"
