"Today I met with Thony Mitchell at the Manchester location, very nice and polite and was trying to help me with our trip South but kept having computer issues to do the TripTik. He asked his manager for assistance who tried to help but the manager was more worried about the line forming at the door. The manager was not helpful at all I think he needs customer service training. He needed to realize that I also stood in line and he should not rush through my service just because there was a line of other customers waiting. Every customer deserves time for whatever they came in for. As a long term customer I expected better service then I received."
