"I drove half an hour to take our new puppy for a grooming appointment that I made yesterday. When I got there today for a 3:00 appointment the man at the front desk told me there wasn’t a 3:00 appointment. When I explained that when I called yesterday the girl booked it for 3:00 today and his response was “I was at the front all day yesterday.” He was very unprofessional and zero effort was made to accommodate me. Very disappointing experience."
