Which I have had email conversations with 4 diff people. Never got the refund and they make up stupid excuses with a new person every time we talk. "Went in today to pre-order 2 tool chests and pick up some hand tools and I cannot stress that it was my best experience in a Harbor Freight EVER. I was greeted by "As" (Oz?) who was kind and helpful, answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and pleasant. The cashier, whose name I didn't catch, was also very nice. The store was clean and organized which is also a refreshing change from many other Harbor Freights. 10/10 will shop here again."
