"Would love to give a higher review but the lady helping us was so rude and insecure. She kept repeating herself and wasn’t answering my question. After the 5th time or so of rewording my question and receiving the exact same answer I asked the guy sitting behind her who helped me a couple of days ago if he understood what I was trying to say. He simply referred me back to her. She became very upset that I would ask him instead of continuing the non-productive conversation. Clearly this has happened before. I was asking for clarification not because I doubted her ability and this only fueled her attitude. Even after things were resolved her attitude and condescension continued. I recognize that it is hard to be taken seriously in a male dominated industry but we, as women, have to be better. There is a difference between confident and cocky."

"Had a wonderful experience with Orange Fence. They installed a split rail fence around my property. A couple of areas to highlight 1) The sales and setup process with Vin was great. He made not one but two trips to walk around our property and get our plans exactly right. He even came up with a very creative solution that we would have never considered independently. 2) I was really impressed with the installation team's attention to detail and work ethic. High-quality work and craftsmanship. Given that we have a dog, they paid special attention to minimizing gaps in the wire mesh. Can't say enough good stuff about the team here. "I am not sure why so many negative reviews. I help run a business and have another business of my own so I certainly understand customer service. I had a large amount of PVC and some chain link fencing installed on my property with one gate as well. My wife dealt with them 100%. They were in the exact time frame they said, the price was fair, and the work was very good. I did NOT pay in full upfront. That goes without saying on a job like this. Payment was discussed before anything was done. My wife made sure of it. I paid partial down and they made sure we were 100% happy before accepting the remaining balance. All was perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to call them back for more work if needed."

"Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly employees. I had been looking for a custom wooden driveway gate to keep my dogs and daughter in the backyard and struggled to find what I was looking for. Options were either vinyl or in wood local places told me to cut up a fence panel to make it or get a steel reinforced gate ($3k+). Finally found Orange Fence and upon calling they knew exactly what I was looking for and could make it to my exact specs in their shop. Drove up and the gentleman I spoke with was really nice, I gave my thoughts on specs and using his experience he said that I might want to double check it because the ratio of lattice to panel would look off in his opinion. He recommended I go home and hold up cardboard in the spot and show my wife, sure enough as soon as we did that we agreed. Went back and ordered using new specs and the price was extremely fair. Unfortunately with timing I ordered right before Thanksgiving, then we had a snowstorm and then Christmas so it took a few extra weeks but it came out perfect. I picked it up myself, they gave me all the hardware so it was ready to install. Wife was thrilled with how it came out, sizing was perfect and we are extremely pleased. I will return and recommend them to others."
