Karen Drozd was the agent available to speak with us about booking out honeymoon and was incredibly rude and useless. She expected us to have our trip already planned prior to seeing her, which is strange because that is what her job entails. She also kept reiterating the price and asking my fiance if he had the money for the trip. HELLO!!!! we wouldn't be here looking to book a vacation without money!
