"My contractor recommended this company and another. My husband chose this company. They replaced a two panel window. My contractor later told us after we paid $450 cash that the job is $220 for both panel replacement and $80 for the guys to show up and install. To add insult to injury they lied about when they would come. They stated that would come on the day they first came at or around 5 pm or the following the day at 10 am. They didn’t. Instead my husband had to pick them up to come and do their job. This is a company my contractor has worked with for more than 5 years. And now I told him not to recommend any of his clients to this company because they are unethical. He agreed and decided that it’s probably the best for his reputation as well for the benefit of his clients. As a business it’s important to make a profit but Sun Windows wants to make a kill in profit."
