"After numerous groomers at Pet Smart for Chandler Bing over a 11 1/2 year period I had had enough! I was put on a waiting list and got a call from the Grooming Studio that Allie was recently hired and available. I immediately scheduled an appointment. Everything went perfect. My dog always received great reports from at least 10 different groomers at Pet Smart. We Never had the same one for a full year. We weren’t concerned about Chandler and am not fussy at all. I was amazed and totally satisfied with the teddy bear cut he received. He is a standard Whoodle! We received numerous compliments on how great he looked. My wife who never notices his haircut said you know Chandler has never looked this good. Everything is cut so even and precise! This prompted me to write this! "I had nothing but a tremendous experience with the grooming studio thanks to Danny. Very recently, Danny took a position elsewhere and we had an appointment schedule for right before his last day. I randomly received a call from a female at the shop stating danny no longer worked there and was unwilling to assist me with connecting with him for continued grooming services . Additionally, the studio refused to continue making the accommodations for my dog that Danny had been doing for 2 years prior it was very disappointing and unfortunately they lost a loyal customer."

"I have been trying to find a good dog groomer for my American Eskimo, but couldn't find one. I happened by The Grooming Studio last Saturday, (3/19), so I went in to check them out. There was another client there with an American Eskimo. Good sign, they know how to groom an Eskimo. So I began to tell the groomer there about what I was going through: that one place I tried was so disheveled, I couldn't leave my dog there. But the groomer, Danny, was kind enough to give me an appointment. I was also concerned about whether or not my dog would like the groomer. When I gave Tundra over to Danny, he went with him as if he already knew him. About 15 minutes later Danny called me to let me know that Tundra was doing just fine, seemed a little nervous at first, but calmed right down and was enjoying his bath and was good company. When we went to pick up Tundra Danny was still Grooming him. We could look to see Tundra, he appeared to be happy and enjoying himself. I am very pleased in the service Danny gave me, the way he handled Tundra, like he was his own dog, Danny really loves animals and caring for them. I'm more than pleased at the way Danny handled Tundra, I think better than his previous Groomer in Warwick, R.I., which is 5 stars for Danny. Best of all, Tundra looks GREAT!"
