"This is the best costco I’ve ever been to. Even when it’s busy it’s not that busy and there’s gas. Parking spaces are wide so I am not worried about my car getting scratched."
"Bought 4 new tires online and picked out my appointment time pretty easily. Once I got to the counter at my appt time, my new tires were ready to go next to the desk. Everyone was friendly, and it took only an hour for them to finish up my car."
"I am thrilled with my new Bosch Refrigerator. It is surprising how much larger it is than our old side by side Kitchen Aid. Ordering on-line was very easy for this 70’ish year old. Everything went smoothly on the day and time we expected it! The communication from COSTCO was exceptional, every step of the way! The delivery men were amazing! They had many techniques for this huge delivery that made it look easy! They were professional and efficient! They were very accommodating and took away our old fridge. The only thing lacking was for them to wipe down the outside of my appliance to remove their fingerprints. Thank you COSTCO for making the whole process possible and easy!"
"Nils was amazing with helping pick a TV. His knowledge really helped me decide on what TV to purchase. Ali was awesome as a cashier. Ali has wonderful customer service with a great attitude. The recycling bins filled up and the gentleman came out quickly to empty and clear the machines. The quickest I have experienced in a Costco for clearing and emptying the recycling bins. Thank you. I had a GREAT Costco experience on Sunday."
"Costco has great prices for many items. It's well worth the membership cost for most things, if you have space to buy in bulk or you have a large family and go through things quickly or need to buy in large quantities. They do sell other items in smaller quantities, clothes, and some fresh foods that benefit anyone. The stock changes up frequently always giving something new to try, while the core items you rely on are usually always available. There are also some great deals on things if you keep an eye out for them. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the constant attention from the employees treating everyone like they are a thief. You have to show your card upon entering the store, before you can check out your products, and your cart is inspected against the receipt on the way out. I understand wanting to reduce shrinkage and membership sharing, but to be frank, that's not my problem as someone who both has a membership and shops with honesty. It reduces the customer experience to be scrutinized when you have not and will not do anything wrong. This is clearly not something that only bothers me, but yet it continues regardless. Maybe if the check happened only once at the register it would be less frustrating and more understandable since it is impossible to check out without a card, even if you walk in the store without one. This is also the only store that I shop at which checks my purchases as I leave."
