"Very friendly staff. I had to cancel my appointment three times, due to personal family reasons, and every time I called, Maria was understanding. I finally made my appointment on a Sunday ( love that they offer their services on Sunday!). Stephanie cut and styled my hair. The transformation from longer hair to a shorter cut was fabulous! Stephanie listened to all my concerns, and gave me a beautiful new hair do! Thank you Stephanie! A great place. Very clean. Great experience."
"Absolutely terrible service. I came in a week and a half ago to color my hair and was told maintenance would be every 5 weeks. It faded in 1 week!! I used color safe shampoo & conditioner, the exact brand of Paul Mitchel that they recommended. They will not fix the issue without charging me because their policy only covers issues in the 1st week. Pro tip: Never go to this salon if you value your time & money. The fact they tried to nickel and dime me for an issue that was not my fault is disgusting."
