"I am so disappointed with this place, don’t bring your kids here. They don’t interact with the kids while they are cutting their hair. My kid was scared and crying, the hairdresser did not say a word to calm her down. The hair cut was terrible and uneven on the sides. 100% would not recommend, there’s a lot of other places that will do a much better job and provide better customer service."

"Not friendly in the slightest, complained the entire time because my 5 year old son was nervous... her blatant annoyance made my son even more upset. He has had his haircut here 2x prior with no major issues... if certain hairstylist aren't okay cutting childrens hair or are not "kid people" then just say that."

"Just had the most awkward haircut of my life. While getting my haircut, there was a car that broke down in the parking lot. One of the stylist made a comment along the lines of hope they have AAA so they dont have to pay for a tow, the other hair dresser noting the driver was a younger African American commented "nevermind AAA she doesn't even have car insurance" i find these comments completely unacceptable and racist."

"Multiple times I have come in 30 minutes before closing time and they won’t accept check-ins on line and when I show up there are 1-2 waiting. If you want to close at 4:30, then close at 4:30 and don’t say 5pm. This is very frustrating constantly with this location. Staff looks inconvenienced when I walk in 30 minutes from closing. I went to Sport Clips and they welcomed me and were super friendly. Completely different experience. I am a busy person with work and family and often I am rushing to Great Clips. Might as well close at 4pm, ridiculous."
