"The staff ( manager) at this location is extremely rude. Im not sure if its because his English is lacking or his attitude is bad but he definitely should not be in this capacity. Horrible the cashier was fine but I will NOT return here when Popeyes a few miles away has great service"

"Ordered a tender meal, which was $17. The tenders were warm at best, and not even actual tenders, but thinly sliced chicken breast (about 1/4 inch thick) that were breaded and fried. This was the worst shrinkflation I have seen yet. Better off going across the street and getting Krispy Krunchy Chicken at the gas station to get better chicken and more bang for your buck if you just want tenders."

"Normally I give each review I write a fair amount of effort and care. KFC has fallen from whatever form of grace it once feebley held. And it doesn't deserve the respect of effort. The food is basically inedible, it is hard and dry with absolute no flavor. The chicken is so low quality and cooked with such disregard for flavor or care that I would say canned chicken is of higher quality. The macaroni and cheese is pathetic. There is no flavor in any of the items at all. You would think with such low quality of food that the price would also be low, $38 for chicken and sides that is worse than 5 day old gas station chicken is borderline a culinary crime. This franchise has fallen so below acceptable standards. If you're sitting here reading this review thinking "man I haven't had KFC in a while, maybe I should try it" Save yourself the time and money and go eat mud from the backyard. At least that will be fresh and organic."

"This KFC is absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I’ve been here on two different occasions months apart and both times the oil was old and dirty, you can tell by the color of the French fries and the chicken is always swimming in that nasty oil! On top of it the employees have the worse attitude. But of course that starts with management because they are allowing it. Tried to give them a second chance but it was a complete fail we won’t be returning! Oh yeah and I paid almost $13 for a meal and they wanted to charge me .53¢ for one sauce RIDICULOUS!"

"Okay 1.)the order was wrong asked for 2 Mac and cheese not one. And no pickles with my meal.2.) The biscuits are burnt. 3.) NASHVILLE TENDERS are supposed to be spicy not burnt and sauce just thrown in. 4.) Fries saugy. 5.) The person ordering was more concerned about the size of the order and had a negative attitude whereas I was polite and said please and thank you. I work 2 jobs and days can be rough but if you that stressed my friend tap out and ask for help from your manager. 50 plus bucks and quality of service was poor. 1 star because The mountain dew was decent. Thank you. - unsatisfied customer."
