"Hit or miss. They typically have great pricing for acrylics and gel, however some of the people who work here (especially the manager) can be a real pain to deal with. Getting your nails done is an experience, and if you’re paying for the service you deserve to be respected. Other than that they are usually accommodating with design requests (don’t be afraid to ask! And always have a picture of what you want)."

T in particular is a prime example of what a great nail tech is. Always punctual, respects her clients time and never misses in regards to quality customer service. "Sign outside said full set of acrylic nails was $30 but was charged$50 ( plustax). When I called to inquire T the nail tech rather than answer my question about how much was a full set, and cost to fix a broken nail, she asks when did I get my nails done. And then proceeds to go round and round trying to get me to do a fill. I wanted to understand the full set increase first, and the cost to fix 2 broken nails? She said to come in at 12. I did. She made me wait until 12:30. Then once in her chair she took a walk in customer. With 4 other available techs. She then put back the color I chose like she was cleaning up. I said "that's the color I wanted". At the end she starts saying that she used powder polish which is $10. BUT I didn't ask for gel powder polish. She then says she won't do my nails again. Wow! So ghetto and rude. So unprofessional -bait and switch sales tactics. I had planned to NEVER go back. But her behavior needs to be called out so no one else gets treated poorly for inquiring about a price or disrespected spending your money. I ended up going to a new salon that took care of me. $40 full set, polite and pricing that is straight forward."
