After having me on hold for 5 minutes, the woman on the phone said that they're very busy this week. I said, okay, what is your availability next week? She just repeated herself, took my name and number, and hasn't contacted me since. A little disappointed, as I had higher expectations of this establishment."

Hairstylist gave some b.s. excuse as to why it happened. Then proceeded to gossip amongst other hairstylist in front of my fiance. She came home and never ever has she felt so disrespected. Owner did fix the issue but this stylist should lose her job no questions asked."
