"Nice salon to look at . I had pedicure and full set manicure. Pedicure they did great . Manicure not so much , I kept expressing my wishes , almond shape , very thin , not done. The nails were done very thick , and oval shape , some of them look like I have them on for 10 day , like theygrown out , I just had them done 2 days ago . For $95 these nails are mess. Overpriced and poor product. Also in regards to spa pedicures are pushed on you , does not matter what you say they keep pushing until you give up. And for God sake they need a secretary to answer phones , one of the ladies keep interapting work and customers wait until she answer the phone calls, every 5 min This place needs to listen to their customers and pay attention what they say .poor product and over priced ."

"I’ve been getting my nails done here since they opened and sadly I’ve watched the quality of service decline over the past few visits. This recent visit Mi Hee was not there (although her Venmo sign was) and Sunny did my organic dip fill. From the very next day, the edges of my nails began to chip and crack. I should’ve said something when she was rushing through my appointment as I watched my friends nails be done at a much slower pace by Michelle. Plus her nails are in perfect shape, not one chip a week later. Not worth the money spent this time, sadly."

"Love Spa Pointe! They are all so friendly and always take their time to give the best service. Also the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Mihee is amazing at lashes - I will not go anywhere else! This spot is definitely the go to for my whole family for manis and pedis. They can even make my short chewed up nails look good! :)"

"I came into Spa Pointe for the first time for a gel manicure while i was visiting CT because a friend recommended it to me. My experience while I was there was very nice, they gave me a massage which is unusual lately which was a nice treat. It is a bit pricey but at first I found it worth it. Unfortunately 2 days later my gel polish started to chip, so I called the salon and spoke to the owner about possibly getting some kind of refund since I was now back home in MA. She demanded I send her a photo before she could do anything, which I did. And once I did this she started interrogating me; questioning who did them, saying she was going to look up video footage, and calling me a liar saying they were not my nails and refusing to refund me. Although my experience felt nice the quality of the products obviously isnt great because it did not last. The owner is so unprofessional to have interrogated me after sending her a photo and then calling me a liar. Not only do I expect a refund but I expect an apology for this behavior, this is not how you treat a new customer and now my friend who recommended the business to me will no longer be returning as well."

"Beautiful clean professional service! The friendliest staff around! There are many choices for pedicures. The reflexology was wonderful and very relaxing. Good to see such friendly welcoming faces who really care about their customers. I will definitely be back and sending in referrals!"
