"I went today and the male attendant saw to me. Now, I usually have a very high pain tolerance but this guy was way too rough with his drill and kept hurting me. My nails weren't shaped properly and my skin ended up completely glued to the underside of my nail. Nor only that but he didn't shake up the bottle of polish which has resulted in a dark pink with blue sheen, instead of the original purple with blue shimmer I wanted. I'm frigging pissed."

"I am so frustrated with this place! I wanted French tip acrylics and he left nail polish from previous nails on and with the drill he kept hurting me. The nails are not smooth, not even, there's polish left on my fingers. I am not at all happy and without asking he put gel polish on and upcharged me. I did not ask for that and would not pay for it so he took it off. Then I was so unhappy with it I wanted them off and a refund and I went back in twice. I was talked down to, called a child, he fought with me. The other woman denied anything was wrong and refused to give my money back and refused to talk to me any further-they both sat down and ignored me. He would not accept the fact that I the client was not happy and would not do anything to fix it and was rude about it. I am so unhappy and will NEVER come back."
