"I really wanted to love this place. I came to Bliss for the first time about a month ago for a pedicure and I really enjoyed it so I booked another appointment for a full set. The atmosphere of this place was great. I really loved the soothing music. Grace did my nails and they came out looking great. They even give you a little complementary shoulder massage. BUT I noticed that the tools they were using didn’t look the cleanest. I should have followed my gut and left right then, but I’ve gotten my nails done my whole life, sometimes at questionable places and never have had a problem so I didn’t overthink it. About a week later my nails still looked great and we’re holding up nicely, but I noticed that my left ring finger was a bit swollen and painful. Another week went by and it didn’t get any better. This morning I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I thought it was an ingrown nail or something so I started picking at my nails and realized there was a very small brown spot on my nail near where my finger was swelling. Puss then starting coming out from under the side of my nail (as seen in photos). It was terrifying and painful. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before in the 15 years I’ve been getting my nails done. I then realized that they gave me a nail infection! (could possibly be fungus too) I called the nail salon to cancel my next appointment, and I let the lady on the phone know that they gave me a nail infection. She didn’t really sound concerned at all. I’m really disappointed because I thought this was going to be my new nail spot, but now I’m left with a painful infected nail. If you decide to go to this place I would ask them to re-sanitize the tools they are using first. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else."

"Let me start by saying they don’t even deserve one star. Poor customer service, they’re very antisocial and they damaged my nails as you can see in the photo they filed my nail with the machine too much to the point that it’s painful. I wanted to try a new place and it was a complete disappointment. I’m going back to island manicure and I’ll recommend them 100x."

"I read google reviews on a few places and I chose this place. I was welcomed warmly and assisted. My pedicure was spectacular, (I don’t know the name of the lady: she was pregnant, thank you ). I have never had a pedicure that left my feet feeling so smooth as a baby’s feet. The lady really took her time to remove all the calluses from my feet. I asked for French nails and Cloe suggested the dipping powder, I was a little skeptical because I had a bad experience with that method, but she assured me that it would last so I decided to give it a try. And one week later my nails are still looking just as new, unlike my past experience with dipping powder, the nails lifted one week later. I am so pleased with the overall care, and my eyebrows were done really beautifully by Cloe. Thank you Cloe, I will ask for you next time I come to bliss. I have found my new nail salon.
