"Worst customer Service ever. I called to reschedule my appointment. Got hung up on multiple times was told they can’t take me today and that was it. Honestly, the only reason I ever wrote them a good review in the first place was because they were bribing their customers $10 off in exchange for a good review, So beware to everyone on here reading these reviews it’s literally only because we wanted $10 off of our nails. When I was getting my nails done initially, the girl who did it kept basically almost cutting my skin with the nail trimmer and what should’ve been maybe an hour took almost 3, and with their so-called massages while you get your nails done it’s not even a massage. She’s so hard on your shoulders that you want her to stop. so there is my honest review of the nail bar."
