"Horrible job. After 1.5 days I had two broken nails. Did not do the color I asked for, guy had me with tears streaming down my face cause of how he was yelling at me. Then he Dared to ask me if tip would be cash or card. A tip needs to be earned. And he assumed after making me cry and doing a horrible job that I would tip him? And this is after he yelled and said "if you not happy, you pay nothing". I got a normal polish pedicure and a set of gel nails and it was almost $200! Never again"

"At first I was taken in as a walk-in which I was VERY grateful for (when I called before I went in, it was made to seem like they were very busy and fitting me in, unfortunately that was not the case) when I arrived there, there were three employees and one other customer besides myself. To say I was VERY disappointed is an understatement!! When I arrived I showed the picture of what I wanted as well as specifying on the phone I want glitter. At first things were going well, but as time went on my nails were looking worse than when I came in there. By the time my nails were being polished, my nails were all DIFFERENT SIZES AND SHAPES….not trying to be difficult I said nothing, but once I was told they didn’t have glitter, I had enough. TWO HOURS later my nails looked horrible, $65.00 down the toilet!!! I went home and cried and will be hiding my hands until I can fix them some where else!!! BIG WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!"

"Terrible. Do not speak english charged me crazy amount for gel wouldnt let me do acrilic nail color. 75$ for full set and wax eyebrow. I was so upset. They r very much rushing around. Clean store but bad with making sure customer gets what they want. I will never go back. Already broke 2 nails and for no reason usually is. Just wrapping presents. My nails are not the length i wanted or the colors or rhe bumpyness isnt smoothed out like i asked. Its just too much ro explain. Sorry for tangent but do not go here. Trust me."
