"The student who did my hair was outstanding. I love my hair, and I am happy I found my stylist for life. However, from a client stand point, the educators seemed to be grouped together & chatting while the students were left alone to work. This is not only dangerous as they are working with chemicals & sharp objects, but also lazy. I only saw one educator on the floor briefly walking around looking at their work, but not making commentary. The only time I saw a teacher face to face was when my hair was done. The poor student got no recognition for her work, as the instructor gave it a quick look, and went on her way. I found this to be extremely disheartening for the stylist & unprofessional as an Instructor. Do your research before booking an appointment here or coming to begin your education."
