"I wish I could say good things about this place because Shayla is super nice. I went in on Thursday and I had to wait for her to get here for almost a half hour. She was out shopping. That’s fine I don’t mind waiting a little bit but don’t tell me 10-15 min and then show up a half hour later. It took me 10 min just to get there so I feel waiting almost a half hour on top of that is a bit much. My nails acrylic wise are fine. But the design is just downright awful. I had already been there for almost 2 and a half hours and I unfortunately had to bring my children with me so it wasn’t a happy time towards the end. They were tired of waiting. I got a peach color and asked for a lemon design kind of like a pink lemonade theme I was going for. Very very simply design that she picked herself and I agreed to. Both nails look completely different I only got the design on 2 nails…it does not look like a lemon slice, the lines are not straight at all and one of my nails has a bunch of gel bumps on it and the other doesn’t!! Then I get halfway home and I look down and on 3 of my nails are hairs that were just painted over. And I paid 55$! I usually pay 45 I always go to Bristol nails but they had no appointments for that day and it was really the only time I had to go and I was overdue for a fill. The entire process was painful. I kept telling her it burned and hurt and she kept saying it was from Bristol nails filing down my nail beds too short. But I’ve had acrylic on them for months so they are and have been covered. Plus when I go there it never hurts. I feel for what I paid I did NOT get what I wanted and I’m stuck with these for the next 3 weeks unless I go pay again to get them fixed."
