Taj Mediterranean Mezze and Jucie Bar

"Stopped by super late - around 12:45 am right as they were closing. Have been here a few times and usually get the grilled chicken. Had a little mix up where I called the Norwalk location by mistake and there was some miscommunication. I get to the Stamford location - they were out of grilled chicken and the owner or manager came out and encouraged me to try the chicken shawarma. I’m glad he pushed me to try it as I was going to leave. After I ordered it when I went to pay he said it was on him and he was sorry for the confusion (which was caused by me)! What amazing customer service and what a great customer experience! Needless to say, he was right, I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma bowl. Very flavorful, not too salty and the rice/white sauce/hot sauce combo with the pickled onions was soooo good. I also got some garlic sauce on mine which was delicious and some other toppings like lettuce, fatoush salad (diced cucumbers, onions and tomatoes and some jalapeños. Let’s just say, they’ve won me over as a customer for life. I salute you guys for the awesome customer service and experience, thanks once again!!"

"Love the rice bowl with falafel. The taste ranges from sweet, hot and tangy but perfectly balanced. I added little bit of everything in my bowl and for sauces, I chose hot and bbq and it was perfect! Very reasonably priced at $10.72 with tax. It’s over-priced on grubhub. Note: Cautious with the hot sauce! Service - Great Hardly any place to park outside the restaurant."

"Awesome food and well priced. Best chicken over rice in Stamford that I’ve had. It was really popular when I came for lunch so I recommend placing your order ahead or hope you miss the lunch line. There are 2 doors on the building, one goes here and the other goes upstairs to an Indian restaurant by the same name."
