"I was there and got 4 slices and 2 drinks. The pizza was okay but nothing special and definitely not authentic NY pizza. The worst part about all of this is it cost $25 for all of it. These prices are insane especially because I can actually go to New York and order the same thing for like $7. I don't recommend this place"

"My family has been going here since we moved on Bedford street, 18 years ago, they were much better then. The place was cleaner and the people taking orders were more pleasant. A about a few weeks ago my mother and I ordered a pizza for delivery, it would have been nice if this location included how much a large cheese, pizza will cost entirely with delivery or even better included it on the Planet Pizza app which is where I go to order but this day I had to call in because I was using cash. Secondly, I was extremely disappointed that they driver didn't have any cash on him so I gave him the 40 dollars that I had left to pay for it and he just ran off with the money! My mom and I made sure we called and informed Planet Pizza that he had to give me the change back and that took an hour. When I order here with a debit card, I don't have any problems with this restaurant which is most of the time. Now, the food is about the same as it's always been it's just more expensive of course. We always try to give this location of chance, we stop eating there and then we eat there again and stop, it's a cycle will stop completely after this incident. Side note: I do enjoy the Planet Pizza location in Greenwich, the owner and staff were very pleasant, the place was clean as it the tables didn't still have the customers' crumbs before on the table still."

"A coworker and I ordered a large pizza for delivery and gave them clear instructions to go to the back of the building when they arrive. We were told it would take between 30-45 minutes. After an hour we called and were told the driver would be there shortly. Finally after 2 more phone calls and 30 more minutes we called the store again and were told the driver could not get a hold of us. We were only 5 minutes away from the store so we decided to wait for the driver to come back. The driver finally showed up after 2 hours and the pizza was not worth the $30 we payed for it. My lunch, my wallet, and the rest of my day have been ruined and I will never recover from this event."

"Just under $22 for an order of chicken fingers , cheese fries and a bottle of Diet Pepsi. Ordered and ate at the place. I thought because the fries and chicken fingers were separate orders they would come in separate baskets. But they combined them and it was such a small portion. Like so small. I took a picture which I attached to this review. I was in literal shock. It was good but not worth $22. Absolutely not. Beware of this. Very small portions. I kind of understand the $10.99 for 5 chicken fingers but these are small chicken fingers. On top of that the fries portion was incredibly small for the price. They are marked as separate prices and they should be served separately. Good luck everyone! I edited my review. My first review was about how great the employee Alec is. He wasn’t there tonight / not sure if he still works there."

"I hadn’t ordered from here literally in years due to our last order having a side of hair with it today I figured it’s been a few years let’s give them another chance. Well nothings changed the food was horrible my calzone was pale yet hard as a rock, so I basically gave up on trying to eat the middle of it. I ordered extra sauce they charged me for yet didn’t get it and my husband’s pizza was not only ice cold but tasted like the kind of pizza you eat when you’re supper drunk and won’t remember what your food tasted like. Never again lesson learned"
