Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Avoid the Stamford Chipotle. I have had many issues from this location, including poor service, lack of quality and incorrect product. Latest was finding a piece of avocado peel in one of the items on the order, and even worse a piece of plastic in another bowl. After repeated attempts to connect with Chipotle via their (poorly managed) app, I called their customer service at 833-860-04670 - at least I was refunded for the bowl with the plastic."

"The Darien location SUCKS! 8 workers all by cash register. No one manning the grill or even to start creating the bowls/wraps.Throws food into the bowl as if it was a trash can. adding toppings before I even asked for them.And had the nerve to ask me if i wanted my change? UM yes no tip for this terrible service!!!!"

"I came here for a quick little bite snack for lunch. I normally go to Darien norwalk location. This little spot gave me a bad experience. I am very disappointed on the service. I asked for his name but he mumbled and I told him he needs to speak up and put on a name tag. He plated the food like someone was forcing him to do it and his attitude was really bad. Even though there was nobody behind me when i sat in line he was rushing me to order and piled up the food like it was dirty socks. He barely put any meat inside and for my plate he grabbed a handful of salad and throw it in after he put the guacamole I’m guessing because he couldn’t wait for her coworker to finish with the customer in front of me. Management be aware of this employee, he must give his name when I ask, I posted a pic so all can stay clear. I spend hard earned money not to get an attitude by some punk"

"My family ordered 2 steak 1 chicken bowl tonight. The rice was cooked half way done. It was hard inside. We threw almost half of bowl due to the quality. We all experienced terrible bloating after the meal. Do not come to this place! We will never ever come back. Terrible!!!!"

"Chipotle is the best fast-food around and this location is no exception. However, the restrooms are disgusting and appear to have not been cleaned for quite some time."
